Belle Haven Marina - offers boat rental and a sailing school...

Belle Haven Marina, Alexandria, VA - Just outside of Old Town on South Washington Street (the road between Mt. Vernon And National Airport) - if travelling south, you'll come to the Marina on your left.

It's on National Park Service land, with a highway exit "Belle Haven Marina".

It's a great place to rent a boat, canoe, kayak or even a small sailboat.

There's also a sailing school.

Careful --- there is NOTHING to purchase to eat nearby on the parkland, so bring your lunch or picnic basket. There are beverages available from coin operated machines.
